Our newest rental property joins us May 2021!
This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo on the second floor has a spacious interior and 400sf of lanai living off the great room and a private master lanai.
The Master Suite is furnished with an elegant 4 post king bed, private lanai, and an ensuite that affords a deep soaking tub, dual showers and dual vanities set in travertine stone. A walk in closet provides ample room for your belongings.
The Guest Suite is furnished with a king bed in an ornate wooden bed frame and has a long walk in closet, and an ensuite with dual vanities, a deep soaking tub and a walk in shower.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and private ensuite with a walk in shower.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and ready for indoor home cooked meals, as well as a built in outdoor Viking grill for cookouts on the large lanai. There are both indoor and outdoor dining tables. There are both ocean and moutain views at Kolea 3B.
The home has a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room complete with a large laundry sink.
All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans for your comfort.
Kolea is located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort and enjoys direct beach access to Anaehoomalu Bay!

We had a wonderful stay at Kolea 3B. Beautiful condo in prime location with many amenities (plenty of kitchen supplies, beach towels, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards). Very short walk to beach at A Bay, nice pool area, and a great home base for exploring other parts of the island. Would definitely stay here again.

The property pool and hot tub are lovely, but we enjoyed beach 49 for the best snorkeling we have ever had. The best swimming beach for a perfect white sand is that the Moana Lani hotel.
