Welcome to Kulalani Resort Villa 904 ~ This 2 bedroom 2 and a half bath townhome recently completed construction in the Summer of 2016 and was professionally decorated to be released as a brand new vacation rental beginning December 2016! Bright and airy, this home pops with vibrance and color in every room. Enjoy three lanais, one just beyond the dining area, and one for each of the master suites.
Each of the master suites is furnished with a king bed, and either room can be converted into two twin beds upon request. Both suites have their own private bathrooms with dual vanities, as well as tub and walk in shower.
There are flat screen televisions in each bedroom as well as the living room. The living room invites warm sunlight through a beautiful wall of windows, onto a sea blue sectional of comfort.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked to allow for those home cooked meals when dining out isnt desired. The barbecue grill provides a fun and casual option for a sizzling steak and seafood spread.
The dining table seats four and can be extended to accomodate six. Barstools at the kitchen island are a fun spot to socialize with your chef.
This home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining room. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and the garage is available for guest parking convenience along with unmarked parking stalls nearby.
The Kulalani Recreational Facility is an expansive park style setting with a large central pavilion between a lap pool and a lagoon pool. Exercise room is one of the most impressive in size and equipment for resorts in the area.

Guest services was excellent! Wendee was wonderful and responded with no delay with any concerns we had. And they were so nice in that they provided us with a welcome basket that was totally unexpected. Our family appreciated the extra touch and enjoyed the fruit basket!

I would highly recommend staying at 904 Kulalai because Wendee was so accommodating and very prompt in response to any questions. We saved $500 by booking directly with Kohala Luxury Rentals. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of towels, beach towels and toiletries. 904 Kulalai is lovingly maintained!

I would highly recommend staying at 904 Kulalai for the private setting, the general location, and the great facilities to which you have access. There are two very clean, very large bedrooms and bathrooms, each with lanais, as well as a large sectional sofa in the living room that was great for relaxing. We were minutes from some of the world's best beaches and snorkeling/scuba diving, and there are tons of great restaurants at the nearby resorts and cute towns that are near. It is an ideal location, and it is very private and quiet. You are right on one of Mauna Lani's beautiful golf courses as well. The townhouse is well stocked with all the cooking supplies you need, as well as beach towels, boogie boards and snorkel gear. It is an easy walk to the pool/hot tub/fitness center, which my family enjoyed after long days of hiking or snorkeling. This is a great place to hang your hat while on the big island!

When we had a question, they picked up every one of our calls, texts and emails. We got lost upon arriving (I didn't check my email which had all the directions lol). We called Wendee who stayed on the phone to guide us all the way to our front door! She is an all-service, caring and professional manager who makes you feel like a friend!
